Ok I know the title is very cliched and unimaginative. But there are only as many ways in which to convey that this is for my friends. So forgive me for using the age old way (since the famous series on friends was aired) of using this . The matter here though is much more important (at least to me) than these trivialities of title and stuff.
This is my humble attempt to dedicate this to all my friends I have ever had. So, to all my friends, wishing you a very happy friendships day. If there has ever been one thing in which I consider myself lucky, one of those is the kind of friends I have. The irritating, annoying, boisterous, inconsiderate, sometimes show-offs, sometimes childish and many other vices that you probably already know or can think of. To all kind of friends. Ok, I admit I exaggerated. Well, none of my friends are the anything like the above. Or maybe some of them to some minuscule extent. I will leave that a mystery for now. You all are the best judge.
Now that I feel a little better after ridiculing and badgering all of you, it is confession time to sooth down some of the short fuses and small egos I know. Ok, I promise that, that was the last bashing line from me for you guys are not anything of the above, but, great, fun, down to earth, trustworthy, inspiring and many other flowery adjectives.
I have fought with you, argued with you, had fun, gone on expeditions, spent night outs, did some or many stupid things along the way and many more things. But you have always been there every single time when I have needed you all. More than anything, it is your friends who have a good contribution in what kind of person you become. So good, bad or ugly, you are to blame. Choose your words carefully when next time you criticize me ;). It is because of you all that those frustrated, feeling "down and defeated" times, that the going became smoother. It is you guys who have kept me down to earth (not literally though) and made me a better person than what I would have without you all. I know I know, many of you will jump and shout that I am not that a great person anyways but still whatever the improvement, it is all because of you and I will concede this much credit to you all. Each of you has taught me things, knowingly and unknowingly. You have motivated me many times to keep going on. And of course, many times you have praised me over the top which I always know is more to make fun of me than anything else, which is also fine by the way. But, the most of all, each of you have and always inspire me in your own different ways. It is great to have friends like I have. You guys have always rocked and will keep rocking. Wishing all of you a great and happy friendships day. And for those who are not with me toady, who cares whether the day is great or not for you ( :P ), I just hope it is happy at least :). For the final time forgive me. No kidding, Wish you an amazing friendships day :)
